All US dead drops will be sent with $6 flat rate shipping. 

All international shipping rates will vary depending on factors, which could include: 

- domestic vs. international addresses 

- weight of package 

- shipping method

We will include all shipping fees we require and an ETA of your dead drop at your checkout.

All packages are usually shipped out within 24-48 hours after the order is placed. From there, there are some factors that will affect shipping times. We provide tracking on checkout to follow your purchase.

Yes, Free Agent ships worldwide! 

Free Agent offers exchanges and store credit for all items purchased in-store and online, with the exception of any attire tagged with an Evidence tag or any Burn Notice items. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase with tags still attached. We will keep you updated when the return has even received and when credit has been applied to your account. 

All items processed are kept on file with your name and email address. 

In-store:

When cashing out, provide us with the name used for the return. We will apply credit to your purchase in the amount on file.

To use online:

Log into your account using your email address. At checkout, credit will be applied to your order.
