WHAT ARE SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?

All orders are processed within 48 hours. Delivery times to US and Canada usually take 2-7 days.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped. We also accept PayPal and Afterpay as options at checkout.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY?

Due to COVID-19, we are currently not accepting returns or exchanges.

HOW DO I USE STORE CREDIT?

We are finalizing our system to integrate in-store and online store credit accounts. In the meantime, please reach out to us for further information.

HOW DO I USE A GIFT CARD?

HOW DO I USE AFTERPAY?

At checkout, please choose "Afterpay" as a payment method. From there, you will be given directions to set up the order.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

After checkout, you will receive an email with a tracking status and tracking number to follow your order. This usually updates within 48 hours after the purchase.

HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER I JUST PLACED?

Please reach out to us to inform us of the request so we can do our best to resolve. If an order has already been shipped, we are unable to edit the order.
